If you are starting from the center of Râmnicu Vâlcea, head northwest on Strada Nicolae Bălcescu. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Bulevardul Dem Rădulescu. Turn right onto Bulevardul Dem Rădulescu and walk until you see the bus stop at the corner of Bulevardul Dem Rădulescu and Strada 1 Mai. From there, you can catch a bus towards the northern area of the city.

Take bus number 3 from the bus stop at Bulevardul Dem Rădulescu. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes, and get off at the 'Trei Lacuri' stop. After disembarking, walk about 5 minutes north along the main path, and you will find yourself at the entrance of Parcul 'Trei Lacuri - Nord'.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in the city center. Ride northwest on Strada Nicolae Bălcescu and then turn right onto Bulevardul Dem Rădulescu.
