If you're starting from the city center of Râmnicu Vâlcea, head south on Strada Nicolae Bălcescu towards Strada Calea București. When you reach the intersection, turn left onto Calea București and continue straight. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto E81 (also known as DN67) and continue along this road. Keep walking for about 2 kilometers, and you will see the entrance to Tony Montana on your right side at E81 324.
