If you are driving from Sibiu, head southeast on DN1 toward Cârța. After approximately 20 km, you will reach the intersection with DJ105D. Turn right onto DJ105D and follow the road for about 3 km. The Former Cistercian Monastery Ensemble will be on your left. Parking is available nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach the Former Cistercian Monastery Ensemble using public transportation, take a bus from Sibiu to Cârța. Buses leave from the Sibiu Bus Station and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Cârța, you can walk to the monastery, which is approximately 15 minutes away on foot. Head southeast on DJ105D and follow the signs to the monastery.

If you're arriving by bus, once you get off at the Cârța bus stop, walk southeast on the main road (DJ105D). Continue straight for about 1.2 km until you see the signs for the Former Cistercian Monastery Ensemble on your left. The walk should take around 15 minutes.
