Start your journey from the Sighisoara Citadel, which is a central point for tourists. Exit the Citadel and head towards the main street, Strada Principala. Walk downhill towards the train station, which is about a 15-minute walk. Once you reach the train station, look for local bus routes or inquire at the station for buses heading to Chirnogi. If you prefer to walk, continue along the main road (DN13) towards Chirnogi, which will take approximately 1 hour.

From the Sighisoara train station, take Bus Line 5 or inquire about the local buses heading towards Chirnogi. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Chirnogi, ask for directions to Strada Pietruită, as the reserve is located nearby. It’s a short walk from the bus stop to Rezervatia de stejari seculari, which should take around 10 minutes.

If you’re feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Sighisoara. Start from the Citadel and take the main road towards Chirnogi, following the cycle paths where available. The distance is about 8 km and should take you around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Chirnogi, look for signs leading to Strada Pietruită, where the nature reserve is located.
