Car
If you are driving, start from the center of Tulcea. Head southwest on Strada Babadag towards Strada 14 Noiembrie. Continue straight for about 1.2 km. Then, turn left onto Strada Troiței. The Heroes Mausoleum will be on your right at Strada Troiței 2. There is usually ample parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
For those using public transport, you can take Bus Line 2 from the Tulcea Bus Station, which operates frequently throughout the day. Get off at the Troiței stop.
