Car
If you are driving from the center of Byumba, head southwest on Avenue de la Révolution towards Route Nationale 2. Continue on Route Nationale 2 for about 30 kilometers, passing through beautiful scenery. Once you reach the outskirts of Kigali, follow the signs for Vision City. As you approach the city, take the exit towards Estate 2020, and follow the road signs directing you to Vision City. There is usually ample parking available, but be mindful of any parking fees that may apply.

To reach Vision City using public transportation, first head to the Byumba bus station. Look for a bus or shared taxi heading to Kigali. The fare is typically around 1,500 Rwandan Francs. Once you arrive in Kigali, ask the driver to drop you off near the Nyabugogo bus terminal. From there, you can catch a local bus or a moto-taxi (motorcycle taxi) directly to Vision City. Ensure you confirm the fare with the moto-taxi driver before starting your ride; it should cost around 1,000 to 2,000 Rwandan Francs.
