From the center of Gisenyi, head east towards Avenue de la République. Walk along this main road until you reach the intersection near the Gisenyi Market. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Route de Nyanza. Follow this road as it winds through the area. After about 2 km, you will see signs for Mwima Mausoleum. Keep an eye out for the JPVP+M7Q coordinates and look for the Unnamed Road on your right. Turn right and continue on this road, which will lead you directly to the mausoleum.
