Getting There

  • Car

    From the center of Kibungo, head northwest on Avenue de la Paix towards Rue de l'Industrie. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Route Nationale 3 (RN3) heading towards Kigali. After approximately 21 kilometers, take the exit toward Kigali and merge onto Kigali - Kabuye Road. Follow this road for about 30 kilometers until you reach a junction with signs pointing to Camp & Explorer. Turn left and continue for another 5 kilometers, and you will arrive at Camp & Explorer.

  • Public Transportation

    From Kibungo, go to the main bus station and look for a bus heading to Kigali. The fare is usually around 1000 RWF. The journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you reach Kigali, head to the Nyabugogo bus terminal and find a bus heading to Bugesera. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at the Bugesera junction. From there, you can take a moto-taxi (which costs around 2000 RWF) directly to Camp & Explorer, which is about 5 kilometers away.
