Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the lakeshore. At the lakeshore, you will find signs directing you to Kibuye. Follow the signs towards Kibuye along the waterfront path, which will take you through scenic views. It's approximately a 5-kilometer walk, so be prepared for a lovely stroll.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops near the Rubavu Market. Start by heading southeast on Avenue de la Paix, then take a left onto Avenue de l'Indépendance, which will lead you towards the lakeshore. Follow the lakeshore road for about 5 kilometers, and you will arrive at Kibuye. Enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery along the way!

  • Motorcycle Taxi (boda-boda)

    To reach Kibuye by motorcycle taxi, find a boda-boda stand near Rubavu Market. Tell the driver you want to go to Kibuye. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
