If you are driving from the center of Cyangugu, head northeast on Avenue du Rwanda towards Rue des Acacias. Continue straight for about 2 km until you reach the intersection with Avenue de l'Indépendance. Take a left onto Avenue de l'Indépendance and continue for approximately 10 km. Follow the signs to Kibuye and you'll eventually enter the town. Once in Kibuye, look for the Museum of Environment; Nature Travel Experts is located on the street near this museum. Parking is available nearby, but be prepared for local parking fees.

To reach Nature Travel Experts via public transportation, start at the main bus station in Cyangugu. Look for a bus or minibus heading to Kibuye; the fare is typically around 1,000 Rwandan Francs (RWF). The journey takes about 1-2 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Kibuye, disembark at the main bus stop. From there, you can either walk or take a motorcycle taxi (known locally as 'moto') to the Museum of Environment.
