    Getting There

    Walking

    If you are in the center of Rubavu, start by heading northwest towards Avenue de la Paix. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenue du Lac. Turn right onto Avenue du Lac and follow it as it curves along the lake. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will see signs for Nyamyumba Hot Springs on your left. Follow the path leading down towards the hot springs.

    Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Rubavu. Start from the town center and ride northwest on Avenue de la Paix. Continue straight until you reach Avenue du Lac, then turn right. Follow Avenue du Lac along the lakeshore for about 1 kilometer. Look for the signs indicating Nyamyumba Hot Springs on your left and take the path down to the hot springs.

    Moto Taxi

    Find a moto taxi (motorcycle taxi) at a nearby stand in Rubavu. Tell the driver you want to go to Nyamyumba Hot Springs. The driver will take you northwest, following Avenue de la Paix, then onto Avenue du Lac. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Be sure to confirm the destination with the driver before you leave.
