Start at Rubavu town center, near the main market. Head west on Avenue du Lac towards the lakeshore. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the avenue. You will see signs directing you towards Rubavu Public Beach. Follow the path along the lakeshore, and you will arrive at the beach in approximately 15-20 minutes.
