Walking
From Middle Island, head towards the coast and locate the main road, the Island Main Road. Begin walking north along this road. Continue walking for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach Sandy Point Town. As you walk, you'll pass through scenic views of the coastline and local neighborhoods. Once in Sandy Point Town, follow the signs to Brimstone Hill Fortress, which is located just outside of the town. The fortress is approximately 1 kilometer from the Sandy Point Town center, and you will see the entrance on your left side.

From Middle Island, make your way to the nearest bus stop on the Island Main Road. Look for a minibus heading towards Sandy Point Town. The bus fare is typically very affordable. Once you board the bus, inform the driver that you want to get off at Sandy Point Town. After arriving in the town, exit the bus and follow the signs to Brimstone Hill Fortress, which is about 1 kilometer away. You may choose to ask locals for directions if needed, as they are usually very friendly and helpful.
