From Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens, head southeast on the main road (Route 1) towards Soufrière. Continue for about 5 minutes until you reach the junction at Vieux Fort/Mon Repos. Take a left turn onto the road leading to Mon Repos. Mamiku Gardens is located approximately 10 minutes down this road. Look for the sign for Mamiku Gardens on your left-hand side. There is parking available at the gardens.
