Walking
Starting from the Gros Islet main street, head south towards the Rodney Bay area. Walk along the beach promenade until you reach the end of the bay. From there, turn left onto the main road (Castries - Gros Islet Highway). Continue walking along this road for approximately 2 km until you reach Mon Repos. Look for the sign for Old Sugar Mill on your right side. The entrance is a short walk from the roadside.
Public Bus
From Gros Islet, walk to the nearest bus stop on the main road. Take a bus heading towards Castries. Inform the driver that you would like to get off at Mon Repos. After getting off the bus, walk approximately 500 meters back towards the direction you came from. You should see the sign for Old Sugar Mill along the roadside.
Bicycle Rental
If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Gros Islet. Start by cycling south along the beach promenade, then proceed to the main road (Castries - Gros Islet Highway). Continue riding for about 2 km until you reach Mon Repos. Look for the sign for Old Sugar Mill on your right. The entrance is just a short distance from the main road.
