Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car from Millet Bird Sanctuary to Walcott House, head south on the main road towards Castries. Continue for about 15-20 minutes, following the signs to Castries. As you approach the city, look for Grass Street on your right. Turn onto Grass Street and continue driving until you reach the address 2246+XVP. Walcott House will be on your left. Parking may be available nearby, but be sure to check local signs for any parking fees.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, you can take a minibus from Millet Bird Sanctuary to Castries. Look for a minibus heading towards 'Town' or 'Castries' at the nearest bus stop. The fare is usually around 3-5 East Caribbean dollars. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Castries, ask the driver to let you off near Grass Street. From there, it is a short walk to 2246+XVP. Follow Grass Street until you reach Walcott House, which will be on your left.

• Taxi

  Alternatively, you can hire a taxi from Millet Bird Sanctuary to Walcott House. This is a more convenient option, especially if you have luggage. The taxi fare should be negotiated before starting your journey; it might cost around 40-60 East Caribbean dollars. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Provide the driver with the address 2246+XVP, Grass Street, Castries, and they will drop you off directly at Walcott House.
