From Soufriere, head east on the main road (Route 32) towards the town of Choiseul. After approximately 9 km, you will see a sign for Millet. Turn left onto the road leading to Millet. Continue on this road for about 2 km until you reach the Millet Bird Sanctuary and Nature Trail, which will be on your right. Parking is available on-site. Please note that there may be a small entrance fee, so carry some cash.

To reach Millet Bird Sanctuary by public transport, start at the Soufriere bus terminal. Look for a bus heading to Choiseul, which should be marked with a sign indicating its destination. The fare is usually around 2-3 EC dollars (Eastern Caribbean dollars). After about 15-20 minutes, ask the driver to drop you off at the Millet turn-off. From there, you can walk approximately 2 km down the road to the sanctuary. Be cautious as the road can be busy, and it's advisable to walk facing oncoming traffic.
