If you are in the heart of Kingstown, start at the Vendor's Arcade, which is a central location. Head south towards the waterfront along Bay Street. Once you reach the waterfront, turn right and continue along the promenade. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the top of North River Road. Turn left onto North River Road and walk for approximately 5 minutes. The Cathedral of the Assumption will be on your left side, easily recognizable by its beautiful architecture.
