Car
From Aiga-i-le-Tai, head towards the main road (Route 001) and turn onto it in the direction of Fagatogo. Continue driving for approximately 30 minutes. You will pass through scenic views, so keep an eye out for landmarks. The National Park of American Samoa Visitor Center is located at P8G3+66M, Rte 001, Fagatogo. Look for the park entrance signs along the way. There is no parking fee at the center.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, start by finding a local bus that services the Aiga-i-le-Tai area. Ask the driver or check with locals to ensure the bus goes towards Fagatogo on Route 001. It should take about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on stops. Once you reach Fagatogo, disembark at the nearest bus stop, and walk towards the National Park of American Samoa Visitor Center, which is a short walk from the bus stops. Be aware that bus fare typically costs around $2.
Walking
If you're close enough to Aiga-i-le-Tai, you might consider walking. Take Route 001 towards Fagatogo. It's approximately a 1.5-hour walk, so wear comfortable shoes and bring water. You’ll enjoy the local scenery as you make your way to the Visitor Center. Just ensure to walk on the side of the road for safety.
