Getting There

Walking
From the center of Angolares, head north towards the main road. Follow the road until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Monte Café. Turn left and continue on this road, keeping an eye out for local signs that may indicate the direction to the waterfall. After about 2 kilometers, you will enter a small path on your right that leads into the forest. Follow this path, which may be uneven and muddy in places, for approximately 1 kilometer until you hear the sound of rushing water. The waterfall will be nearby, so continue to follow the path until you reach Saint Nicholas Waterfall.

Hiking
Starting from the main square in Angolares, take the trail that leads up into the hills towards Monte Café. This trail is well-known among locals and offers beautiful views. After about 30 minutes of hiking, you will come across a fork in the trail. Take the left path, which will lead you deeper into the forest. Continue on this path for about 1.5 kilometers, where you will start to notice signs indicating you are close to the waterfall. As you approach the waterfall, be cautious of slippery rocks and roots. The waterfall will be visible from a small clearing.
