After passing through the town, keep an eye out for Roça Java, located at the coordinates 7M62+VW7. You can park near the entrance.

Catch a local minibus (called 'carrinha') from Lagoa Azul heading towards São Tomé city. The fare is typically around 2,000 Dobra. Inform the driver you want to get off at Plateau. Once you arrive in Plateau, you may need to take a taxi or walk the last 3 km to Roça Java, which is situated at 7M62+VW7 in Java. Taxis are available and should cost around 5,000 Dobra.
