From the center of Santo Antonio, head southeast towards the main road (Avenida da Independência). Once you reach the main road, turn left and walk for about 500 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rua da Liberdade. Continue on this road for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the coastal area. As you approach the coastline, you will see signs directing you towards Praia das Sete Ondas. Follow these signs, and the beach will be located about 300 meters ahead on your right.

Start at the main square in Santo Antonio and rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Cycle along Avenida da Independência towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rua da Liberdade. Continue cycling straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the coast. Keep an eye out for the signs to Praia das Sete Ondas, which will be about 300 meters ahead on your right. Enjoy the scenic ride as you approach the beach.

From the center of Santo Antonio, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenida da Independência. Look for a local minibus heading towards the coastal areas.
