From the center of Sao Tome City, head towards the coastline. Start at the Praça da Independência (Independence Square) and walk south towards the ocean. Continue along Avenida da Liberdade, following the waterfront. After about 1 km, you will reach the roundabout; keep going straight. From the roundabout, take the first exit onto Rua de Agua Grande. Follow this road until you see signs for Praia das Sete Ondas on your right. The beach will be directly accessible from there.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in the city. Start from the Praça da Independência and ride south along Avenida da Liberdade. After approximately 1 km, you will come to a roundabout. Take the first exit onto Rua de Agua Grande. Continue cycling straight until you see the signs for Praia das Sete Ondas. The beach will be on your right side. Make sure to follow the designated bike lanes where available.
