From the center of São Tomé City, head towards Avenida Amílcar Cabral, which is one of the main streets. Walk along this avenue for approximately 1 km until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Avenida 12 de Julho. Continue straight for another 500 meters until you see the large sign for Praia das Sete Ondas on your left. Follow the path leading down towards the beach.

Follow the path for a few minutes until you reach Praia das Sete Ondas.
