Walking
From the center of Sao Tome City, head towards the waterfront area. Start at the Praça da Independência, which is a central square in the city. Walk down Avenida Amílcar Cabral, which runs parallel to the coast. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Avenida 12 de Julho. Turn right onto Avenida 12 de Julho and follow the road as it curves along the coastline, enjoying views of the ocean. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach a small local market. From there, continue straight until you see a sign for Praia das Sete Ondas on your left. Follow the path leading to the beach. The walk should take approximately 25-30 minutes.

Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Sao Tome City. Start from the Praça da Independência and cycle along Avenida Amílcar Cabral heading towards the coast. Once you reach Avenida 12 de Julho, turn right and continue cycling along the waterfront. After passing the local market, keep an eye out for the sign for Praia das Sete Ondas. The cycling route is about 3 kilometers and should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on your pace.

To reach Praia das Sete Ondas via minibus, first head to the main minibus station located near the Praça da Independência.
