Starting from the Prophet's Mosque (Al-Masjid an-Nabawi), exit the mosque from the main entrance. Head west towards King Abdulaziz Road. Walk along the road until you reach the intersection with Al-Masjid an-Nabawi Street. Turn left onto Al-Masjid an-Nabawi Street and continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Al Fath neighborhood. Once in Al Fath, look for the intersection with Abdullah bin Nafi al-Saigh Street. Turn right onto Abdullah bin Nafi al-Saigh Street and walk for approximately 500 meters. The Cave of Bani Haram will be located on your left at the address: 6753 Abdullah bin Nafi al-Saigh, Al Fath, Madinah 42312.

From the Prophet's Mosque, walk to the nearest bus stop on King Abdulaziz Road. Catch a local bus heading towards Al Fath. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Abdullah bin Nafi al-Saigh Street. After about 15 minutes, disembark at the designated stop. Once you get off the bus, walk towards Abdullah bin Nafi al-Saigh Street and turn left. Walk down the street for about 300 meters, and you will find the Cave of Bani Haram on your right side at the address: 6753 Abdullah bin Nafi al-Saigh, Al Fath, Madinah 42312.
