If you are near the Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (the Prophet's Mosque), exit the mosque and head southeast on King Abdulaziz Road. Walk for approximately 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Abu Ubaidah Ibn al-Jarrah Street. Turn left onto Abu Ubaidah Ibn al-Jarrah Street and continue walking for about 300 meters. City Sightseeing Madinah will be on your right.

Look for the nearest bus stop that services routes towards the Bada'ah area. Buses frequently run in Medina, and you can ask locals for the right bus number to take you towards Abu Ubaidah Ibn al-Jarrah Street. Once you board the bus, stay on until you reach the stop closest to the intersection with Abu Ubaidah Ibn al-Jarrah Street. From there, disembark and walk approximately 200 meters to your left, and City Sightseeing Madinah will be on your left.
