If you are staying in the central area of Medina, you can start from the Prophet's Mosque (Masjid al-Nabawi). Head east on King Fahd Road (also known as Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi Road) for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Al Hijrah Road. Turn right onto Al Hijrah Road and continue walking straight for approximately 2 kilometers. Masjid Quba will be on your left at 3493 Al Hijrah Rd, Al Khatim. The mosque is well-marked, and you will see its large minarets from a distance.

From the Prophet's Mosque, head to the nearest bus stop located on King Fahd Road. Look for buses that are headed towards Quba or Al Khatim. Board the bus and inform the driver that you are going to Masjid Quba. The journey should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Once you reach the stop near Masjid Quba, disembark and you will see the mosque a short walk away.
