Getting There

Walking
From Savamala, head towards the main street, Karađorđeva. Walk northwest along Karađorđeva until you reach the intersection with the street, Džordža Vašingtona. Turn right onto Džordža Vašingtona and continue walking until you arrive at the Republic Square (Trg Republike). The National Museum of Serbia is located on the eastern side of the square at Trg republike 1a. The entire walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.

Public Transport - Tram
If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch Tram Line 2 or 10. Locate the nearest tram stop on Karađorđeva Street and board the tram heading towards the city center. Get off at the 'Trg Republike' stop. From there, the National Museum of Serbia is just a short walk across the square. The tram ride will take about 5-10 minutes, and a ticket costs around 150 RSD (Serbian dinars). You can buy tickets from kiosks near the tram stops.
