If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Podrinje and head southeast on the main road towards Despotovac. Follow the signs for Despotovac, which is approximately a 30-minute drive (about 25 km). Once in Despotovac, look for the signs directing you to 'Manasija Monastery.' Turn onto Despota Stefana Lazarevića street, and you will find the monastery on your right. There is parking available near the monastery.

For public transportation, take a bus from Podrinje to Despotovac. Buses frequently depart from the main bus station in Podrinje. The journey to Despotovac takes about 45 minutes. Upon arrival at the Despotovac bus station, you can either walk (approximately 1.5 km) or take a local taxi to Manasija Monastery. Walking directions: Exit the bus station and head southeast on the main road, following the signs to the monastery. If you choose to take a taxi, you can expect a fare of around 300-400 RSD.
