From the center of Smederevo, walk to the main bus station located at Trg Republike. There you will find buses to Belgrade. Take a bus to Belgrade which typically leaves every 30 minutes. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Belgrade bus station (Autobuska Stanica Beograd), exit the station and look for the tram stop nearby.

At the tram stop near the bus station, get on tram line 2 or line 5 towards 'Zeleni Venac' or 'Banjica'. Stay on the tram for about 15 minutes until you reach the 'Trg Nikole Pašića' stop. The House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia is located just a short walk from the tram stop.

You will see the House of the National Assembly, which is a prominent building with a green dome, directly ahead. It is located at Trg Nikole Pašića 13.
