Once you reach the square, look for the National Museum of Serbia on one side. From the museum, walk towards the street called Kralja Milana. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Kralja Milana 10. The Monument to Tsar Nicholas II Romanov will be located on your right side, in front of the Presidential Palace.

You can also use the public transport system. Look for a bus or tram that goes towards the city center. Buses 21, 22, and 26, as well as trams 2 and 6, frequently service the area. Get off at the stop named 'Kralja Milana'. From the stop, walk towards Kralja Milana 10, which should be a short walk of about 5 minutes. The monument will be visible as you approach.
