Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from Southern or Eastern Serbia, head towards the A1 motorway (E70) from your starting point. Follow the signs to Belgrade. Once you reach the outskirts of Belgrade, take the exit toward the city center (Centar). Continue straight, following signs for Stari Grad, and then look for signs to Kalemegdan, which is located in the Kalemegdan Park. Parking is available near the entrance, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around 100-200 RSD per hour.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  To reach Kalemegdan using public transportation, find a bus station in your current location. Look for buses that go to Belgrade. Once in Belgrade, you can take bus lines 21, 27, or 65 to the 'Kalemegdan' stop. The bus fare is approximately 150 RSD (about $1.50), and tickets can be purchased at kiosks or directly from the driver. After getting off the bus, follow the signs to Kalemegdan Park, which is a short walk away.

  If you're near a train station, take a train heading to Belgrade. Upon arriving at Belgrade's main train station (Beograd Glavna), exit the station and head towards the nearby bus stop. From there, take bus lines 21, 27, or 65 that directly go to 'Kalemegdan'. The train ticket price varies depending on your starting point but is usually between 500-1500 RSD. After getting off the bus, follow the signs to Kalemegdan Park.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  For a more convenient option, consider taking a taxi or using a rideshare service like CarGo or Bolt. Simply input 'Kalemegdan, Beograd' as your destination. The cost from the city center is usually around 300-500 RSD, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the estimated fare with the driver before starting your journey.
