If you are traveling by car, the Torture Museum is located in the Stari Grad borough of Belgrade. From Southern Serbia, you can take the E75 highway towards Belgrade. Once you reach the city, follow signs for 'Centar' or 'Stari Grad'. The museum is situated near the Belgrade Fortress, so you can use the fortress as a landmark. Parking can be found in nearby public garages, and be aware that some areas may require payment for parking.

Using public transportation, you can take a bus or train to Belgrade from various locations in Southern and Eastern Serbia. Once in Belgrade, use the local bus system. Bus lines 15, 21, and 37 will take you close to the Stari Grad area. Get off at 'Kalemegdan' stop which is near the Belgrade Fortress. From there, it's a short walk (about 10 minutes) to the Torture Museum, which you can find by following signs to the fortress.
