Walking
From the main Beau Vallon beach, head south along the shoreline. Continue walking until you reach the end of the beach area. You will see signs pointing towards the trail leading to Big Sister Island. Follow the trail through the lush vegetation, keeping an eye out for the markers. The walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes.
Boat
If you prefer a quicker route, you can take a boat from Beau Vallon beach to Big Sister Island. Look for local boat operators offering rides to the island. The boat ride typically takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Big Sister, follow the path to the National Reserve Beach.
