Start at the Beau Vallon beach. Head south along the beach promenade towards the main road. Once you reach the main road, turn left onto the road leading to the bus stop. Walk for about 10 minutes until you see the sign for 'La Misere'. Follow the sign, and when you reach the intersection, turn right onto a smaller road. Continue walking uphill for approximately 15-20 minutes. You will need to navigate some steep sections, but the path is well-trodden. Eventually, you will come across a viewpoint sign that indicates you are close to Mirante La Misere. Follow the path until you reach the observation deck.

From Beau Vallon, walk to the nearest bus stop located along the main road. Catch the bus heading towards 'La Misere'. Inform the driver of your destination. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes.
