From the center of Grand Anse, head east towards the Grand Anse Beach. Once you reach the beach, walk along the shoreline towards the north. Continue walking along the beach until you reach the end, where you'll see a small path leading up the hill. Follow this path, and it will eventually lead you to the main road. Turn right onto Cap Ternay Rd. Keep walking for about 15 minutes, and you will arrive at Port Launay Beach, which is located on your left.

Find a local bus stop along the main road in Grand Anse. Look for buses heading towards Beau Vallon or Port Glaud. Board the bus and tell the driver you want to go to Port Launay. Walk a short distance down the road, and you will arrive at Port Launay Beach.
