From Bugis MRT Station (Exit B), head towards the junction of Victoria Street and Rochor Road. Cross the road towards the Bugis Junction shopping mall. Continue walking straight along Victoria Street until you reach the intersection with Middle Road. Turn left onto Middle Road and proceed straight until you reach the junction with North Bridge Road. Cross North Bridge Road and continue straight onto Beach Road. Follow Beach Road until you reach the junction with Nicoll Highway. Turn right onto Nicoll Highway and look for the bus stop. Take bus 61, 197, or 961 towards Bukit Merah. Alight at the stop named 'Telok Blangah Green'. From there, walk straight down along Telok Blangah Green, and you will find Telok Blangah Hill Park on your left.

Start at Bugis MRT Station (Exit B) and walk to the nearest bus stop located along Victoria Street. Take bus 61 or 197, heading towards Bukit Merah. After approximately 20 minutes of travel, alight at the 'Telok Blangah Green' bus stop. Once you get off, you will see signs directing you to Telok Blangah Hill Park. Walk along Telok Blangah Green, and the park entrance will be on your left.
