Getting There

Walking
If you're starting from Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, head south on Bukit Timah Road. Continue walking until you reach the junction with Upper Bukit Timah Road. Turn right onto Upper Bukit Timah Road and continue walking until you see a sign for the Southern Ridges. Follow the signs that will lead you to the entrance of the Southern Ridges trail, which will be on your left.

Public Transport
From Bukit Timah, walk to the nearest bus stop on Upper Bukit Timah Road. Take bus number 67 or 75 and ride for about 15 minutes to the bus stop at 'Hort Park'. Once you arrive at Hort Park, follow the signs leading to the Southern Ridges. The entrance to the Southern Ridges is a short walk from there.

If you are near the Bukit Panjang area, walk towards the Bukit Panjang MRT Station. From the station, take the Downtown Line towards Expo and alight at the 'Botanic Gardens' station. Exit the station and walk towards the Singapore Botanic Gardens. From there, you can follow the trails leading south, which will take you to the Southern Ridges.

From the Bukit Timah area, walk to the nearest MRT station, which is Beauty World MRT Station on the Downtown Line. Board the train towards Expo and alight at 'Buona Vista' station. Transfer to the East West Line and take the train towards Pasir Ris. Alight at 'Dover' station. From there, you can take bus number 51, which will drop you near the Southern Ridges entrance.
