To reach Turnhouse Park by public transportation, take the MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) to the Changi Airport MRT station. From there, exit the station and transfer to Bus Service 27. Alight at the 'Changi Village' stop. After that, walk southeast along the main road (Changi Village Road) and turn left onto Turnhouse Road. Turnhouse Park will be on your right. The bus fare on Service 27 is approximately SGD 1.00 to SGD 2.00, depending on your travel distance.
