Note that parking fees apply, and you can expect to pay approximately SGD 0.50 for the first half hour and SGD 1.00 for every subsequent half hour.

Take the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) to Changi Airport Station. The station is located on the East West Line. Upon arriving at Changi Airport, follow the signs to Terminal 2. From the station, you can either take the Skytrain or walk to Terminal 2. The Enchanted Garden is located on Level 2 of Terminal 2, near the departure hall. There is no additional cost to transfer to the Skytrain.

You can also take public buses that serve Changi Airport. Look for bus services such as 24, 34, 36, or 110, which will take you directly to the airport. After getting off at the Changi Airport bus terminal, make your way to Terminal 2. The Enchanted Garden is on Level 2, adjacent to the departure hall.
