Walking
From Chinatown MRT Station, exit the station onto Pagoda Street. Walk straight until you reach the junction with Upper Cross Street. Turn left onto Upper Cross Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with South Bridge Road. Cross South Bridge Road and head towards the Singapore River. Follow the riverbank along Boat Quay. When you reach the Fullerton Hotel, continue walking along the riverside until you reach the Merlion Park. From there, head towards Esplanade Drive and walk straight. You will eventually reach the Suntec City area where the Fountain of Wealth is located at 3 Temasek Blvd.

Public Transport
From Chinatown, walk to Chinatown MRT Station and take the Downtown Line towards Bukit Panjang. Get off at the next stop, which is Clarke Quay MRT Station. Exit the station and walk towards River Valley Road. Cross the road and continue straight until you reach the junction with New Bridge Road. Turn right onto New Bridge Road, then take a left onto Upper Circular Road. Continue walking until you reach the Singapore River. Walk along the riverbank towards the Esplanade. Once you reach the Esplanade, follow the signs to Suntec City, where the Fountain of Wealth is located.

If you are near Sri Mariamman Temple in Chinatown, exit the temple and head towards Temple Street. Walk down Temple Street until you reach Trengganu Street. Turn left onto Trengganu Street and continue until you reach South Bridge Road. Cross South Bridge Road and proceed straight down to the riverside. Head towards the Marina Bay area, following the river until you get to the Merlion Park. Once you are at the Merlion Park, follow the signs towards Suntec City, where the Fountain of Wealth is located.
