Walking
If you are starting from the East Coast Park area near the East Coast Lagoon Food Village, head west along the main path (East Coast Park Connector) that runs parallel to the beach. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Marine Parade Road. At this junction, turn left onto Marine Parade Road and continue walking for another 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. When you reach the bus stop at the junction of Marine Parade Road and Nicoll Highway, cross the road. The War Memorial Park is located a short distance away on Nicoll Highway, right next to the bus stop.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the bike rental stations in East Coast Park. Start from the East Coast Park Connector and cycle westwards towards Marine Parade. Follow the same route as the walking directions. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach Marine Parade Road. Turn left and cycle for about 1 kilometer. Once you reach the bus stop at the junction of Marine Parade Road and Nicoll Highway, park your bike at the nearby bike rack and walk to the War Memorial Park, which is just across the street.
