Getting There

Walking
If you are in Chinatown, start by heading towards Pagoda Street. Walk straight until you reach the MRT station called Chinatown MRT (NE4). From there, take the North East Line towards Punggol, and disembark at the second stop, which is Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (NE6). Then transfer to the Circle Line (CC1) and take the train towards Dhoby Ghaut, alighting at the next stop, which is Bayfront Station (CE1). Finally, from Bayfront Station, follow the signs to the Marina Bay Sands direction and transfer to the Downtown Line (DT17) towards Expo. Disembark at Expo Station (DT35) and follow the signs to Changi Airport. The airport is well signposted from there.

Public Bus
From Chinatown, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on South Bridge Road. Take bus number 2 or 12 towards Singapore Flyer. After about 20 minutes, get off at the Changi Airport bus stop. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the exact timings. The bus will take you directly to the airport.

MRT
From Chinatown, walk to the Chinatown MRT Station (NE4). Board the North East Line heading towards Punggol. After two stops, get off at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (NE6). Change to the Circle Line and board the train towards HarbourFront. Alight at the next stop, which is Bayfront Station (CE1). Transfer to the Downtown Line towards Expo and disembark at Expo Station (DT35). Follow the signs for Changi Airport; it will take about 15 minutes to walk to the airport from there.
