    From the Chinatown MRT Station, take Exit A and walk towards Pagoda Street. Continue straight until you reach Smith Street. Turn left onto Smith Street and walk until you reach the end of the street. You will see the Chinatown Food Street on your right. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with New Bridge Road. Cross New Bridge Road and continue walking straight, passing by the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple on your left. Keep walking straight until you reach the end of South Bridge Road, where you'll find the Clarke Quay area. From Clarke Quay, you can find a bus station where you can take a bus to either Larkin Bus Terminal or Johor Bahru, and from there, find transport to Kukup.

    From Chinatown, you can walk to the nearest bus stop located at the junction of New Bridge Road and Upper Cross Street. Board Bus 123 towards Jurong East MRT Station and alight at Larkin Bus Terminal. Once at Larkin, look for the bus services heading towards Kukup. Make sure to check the schedule for the next bus to Kukup, Johor. After you arrive in Kukup, Taman Negara Johor Tanjung Piai will be a short taxi ride away.
