At the Fullerton Hotel, turn left and walk along the riverbank. Keep walking until you reach the bridge that crosses the river. Cross the bridge and follow the road straight ahead until you see Connaught Drive. The Tan Kim Seng Fountain is located on Connaught Drive. Look for the distinctive fountain nearby, it is a well-known landmark in the area.

Continue walking until you reach the Fullerton Hotel, then make a left. Keep walking along the riverbank until you approach the bridge. Cross the bridge and turn right onto Connaught Drive. The Tan Kim Seng Fountain will be on your left. It is an easily recognizable fountain that stands as a historical landmark.
