From Clarke Quay MRT Station, exit the station and walk towards the Singapore River. Cross the bridge and head straight along the riverside. Continue walking along the river until you reach the junction with Havelock Road. Turn left onto Havelock Road and proceed straight until you reach the T-junction. Turn right onto River Valley Road and keep walking. After several minutes, you will reach the nearest bus stop. Take Bus 33 or 61 from the bus stop and ride for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at 'Pasir Gudang' stop. From there, you can take a taxi or ride-sharing service to Tanjong Puteri Golf and Resort, which is about 15 minutes away.

Begin at Clarke Quay MRT Station. Take the North East Line (Purple Line) towards Punggol and alight at Outram Park MRT Station. Transfer to the East West Line (Green Line) towards Pasir Ris. Disembark at the Pasir Ris MRT Station. From there, go to the bus interchange and board Bus 87. After approximately 40 minutes, get off at the 'Tanjong Puteri' bus stop, located close to the resort. You can then walk to Tanjong Puteri Golf and Resort, which is a short distance away.
