    From East Coast Park, head towards the nearest park exit. Look for signs pointing towards the nearest MRT station, which is Bedok MRT Station. Walk along the park path until you reach the main road (East Coast Parkway). Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing and continue walking straight until you reach Bedok MRT Station. Once at the station, take the East West Line towards Pasir Ris and alight at City Hall MRT Station. From City Hall, transfer to the North South Line towards Jurong East and get off at Dhoby Ghaut Station. Finally, take the North South Line towards Marina South Pier and alight at the next stop, which is Orchard MRT Station. After exiting the MRT, take Exit A and follow the signs to Stamford Road. The National Museum of Singapore will be on your left at 93 Stamford Rd.

    From East Coast Park, locate the nearest bus stop along the park perimeter. Look for bus service numbers 36 or 43, which head towards the city.
