If you are located at the Little India MRT Station, exit the station and head towards the main street, Serangoon Road. Walk along Serangoon Road in the direction of the Tekka Centre. After about 5 minutes of walking, you will reach the intersection with Race Course Road. Turn left onto Race Course Road. Continue walking straight for approximately 10 minutes. You will pass by various shops and eateries. When you reach the junction with Hamilton Road, turn right. Holy Trinity Church will be on your left, at 1 Hamilton Road.

From Mustafa Centre, head out onto Syed Alwi Road and walk towards Serangoon Road. Once you reach Serangoon Road, turn right and walk along it for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Race Course Road. Turn left onto Race Course Road and continue straight for another 10 minutes. When you reach Hamilton Road, turn right, and Holy Trinity Church will be on your left at 1 Hamilton Road.
