From the Little India MRT Station, exit the station and head towards Serangoon Road. Walk straight along Serangoon Road until you reach the junction with Chander Road. Turn left onto Chander Road and continue walking. You will soon see a large temple, Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple, on your right. Keep walking straight until you reach the junction with Bukit Timah Road. Turn right onto Bukit Timah Road and continue walking. The National Gallery Singapore will be on your left as you approach the junction with St. Andrew's Road.

From Mustafa Centre, exit the building and head towards the main road, Serangoon Road. Walk towards the direction of the Indian Heritage Centre. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Bencoolen Street. Cross over to the other side of the road and continue walking until you reach the National Gallery Singapore, which will be on your left.
