If you are in Bukit Timah, start by heading to the nearest MRT station, which is the Beauty World MRT Station (Downtown Line). From Beauty World MRT Station, take the escalator up to the exit and turn right onto Upper Bukit Timah Road. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the junction with Jalan Jurong Kechil. Turn left onto Jalan Jurong Kechil. Continue straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the bus stop named 'Holland Road - Opp Holland Village'. Take bus number 7 or 75. Stay on the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes until you reach 'Esplanade Drive' bus stop. Alight at the bus stop and walk towards the Esplanade Park, which is just a short 5-minute walk away. You will see the Tan Kim Seng Fountain located within the park.

Public Bus
From Bukit Timah, you can take bus number 67 from the bus stop 'Upper Bukit Timah Road - Blk 35'. The bus will take you directly to 'Esplanade Drive'. This journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Esplanade Drive, walk a short distance (about 5 minutes) towards Esplanade Park. The Tan Kim Seng Fountain is located within the park, easily visible.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the nearby rental stations in Bukit Timah. Start by heading towards the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve and follow the designated cycling paths leading towards the Central Area. Continue along the cycling path until you reach the junction of Bukit Timah Road and Bukit Timah Link. Turn left onto Bukit Timah Road, heading straight for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the intersection with Esplanade Drive. From there, you can easily navigate to Esplanade Park where the Tan Kim Seng Fountain is located.
